Convicted sex offenders arrested for failing to register in Walterboro | News

WALTERBORO, SC (WCSC)- Deputies have arrested two convicted sex offenders in Walterboro for failing to register for the second time and for violating probation.
Colleton County Sheriff George Malone says 35-year-old Joseph Duncan was arrested on Tuesday night at a home on Allie Lane and 58-year-old William Howard Raynor was taken into custody on Wednesday morning near the corner of Oswald Street and Lemon Road.
Duncan was convicted of sexually assaulting a 6-year-old victim and Raynor was convicted of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old victim.
Both men were recently listed among Colleton County's 'Most Wanted' suspects. Reporter Harve Jacobs featured Duncan on Live 5 'Most Wanted' in 2010.
They are being held in the Colleton County Detention Center.
