Parent behind over $18,000 in child support arrested | News
COLLETON COUNTY, SC (WCSC)- A Colleton County Sheriff's Office Deadbeat Parent who deputies say owes nearly $20,000 in child support has been apprehended.
Wayne Allen Gethers, 40, was arrested in Dorchester County on unrelated charges. Gethers was wanted on a family court bench warrant for failing to pay over $18,719.64 in back child support.
Gethers has been transferred to the Colleton County Detention Center.
